  Wellness Studio M has changed my life for the better in so many ways. After 4 children I had gained a lot of weight and lost my confidence. With the great sessions and coaching I have been able to lose and keep off over 30 lbs and many inches off of my hips and waistline. The constant attention to form and lifestyle modifications made this so much more than just an exercise program.
  
  The coaches constantly monitor my form and progress. I was nervous and intimidated when I first started but the coaches and members made me feel comfortable and safe. I keep learning and the exercises never feel boring or routine. I love the progress reports and fitness testing. It keeps me on track and helps me stay focused. Wellness Studio M has become a central part of my life and well being.
