  We are first time home buyer who went into this process with very little knowledge about how to purchase a home. MLB was recommended to me by a family member and I am glad she did. From day one Sam Hernandez took us under his wing and started with the basics of how one buys a one. He provided clear explanations about how the process would work, what we needed to bring to the table, and what steps MLB would take to ensure we qualified for a loan. We then worked with several other members of the team, namely Brad and Dan, who also made sure we met all of our deadlines and helped with the closing process. When there were bumps along the road because of issues with the property's seller, I simply had to inform the team and they took every effort to make sure my loan deadlines were not tremendously affected. Buying a home is a big financial commitment, so if you're going to give your hard earned money to a lender, why not give it to one that makes you feel like more than a check and cares about you getting into the right home! Highly recommended MLB to all my coworkers and I think anyone reading this review should at least take a moment to speak to one of their members and get a sense for yourself!
