  Gary blamed me for misinformation about a business phone line I owned for 20 years...and also quoted me 5.00 for shipping my product. Upon paying the bill, he then said that it was a $20.00 fee for shipping . Used them in past, but you may want to ask for a different salesman other than Gary. Other stores would acknowledge their error, apologize and waive the difference because it was their error in the quote... not simply say disregard, the price I gave you... the new price is $20.00. Doesn't gain my confidence for future sales.
