  This is the only dealership which took the time to explain leasing vs. a purchase with financing. I felt they went the extra mile to educate me as a consumer and customer. As a result, with the education the salesperson and team was able to provide, I was able to make an independent decision that leasing was the best option for me at this point in time - given my trade-in value of an older SUV, my current need for new environmental technology in a hybrid SUV and adequate cargo space. I am extremely happy with my decision to lease a new 2018 Rav4 SUV.

  The experience was great as far as getting the approval and the paper work. I was done and out driving in the new vehicle in two hours.
  
  One issue that I encountered after I leased the vehicle was that my family situation drastically changed the next day. It just happened that the vehicle size would not fit my family. When I called the dealer and let them know of my desire to exchange the smaller vehicle for a bigger one, I was told, unfortunately, that I am stuck with the small one. It was a bad decision on my part. I wish the dealer could find a way to make my family happy again by allowing me to exchange the vehicle for a bigger one. Please find a way to make another customer happy again.
